About the Journal
The academic journal Bulletin of Shokan Ualikhanov Kokshetau University. Philological Series is registered by the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Certificate of Registration with the Authorized Body in the Field of Mass Media No. KZ02VPY00029384, Astana, 23 November 2020.
The journal has been assigned the International Standard Serial Number: ISSN 2788-7979 (online).
On the basis of the Order № 321 from 30.06.2023 the scientific journal "Vestnik of Sh. Ualikhanov Kokshetau University. Philological Series" was included in the list of publications recommended by the Committee for Quality Assurance in the field of science and higher education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan for publication of the main results of scientific activity.
The mission of the journal: the publication of research works on a wide range of linguistic, literary and methodological issues, as well as the most significant bibliographical and critical reviews.
Publication languages: Kazakh, Russian, English.
Frequency: Four times a year.
Publisher: Sh. Ualikhanov Kokshetau University, a non-commercial joint stock company.
Articles are registered in the CrossRef database and a DOI (digital object identifier) must be assigned to each author's article, which is used to provide citation, reference and output to electronic documents.
The journal is indexed by the Kazakhstan Citation Base (KazBC) of the National Center of Science and Technology Evolution (NCSTE).
The journal is also placed in the Scientific Electronic Library elibrary.ru in open access for readers and is included in the analytical database "Russian Science Citation Index" (РИНЦ).
The journal follows the policy of information openness and accessibility of authors' publications, articles are posted on the journal's website in open access and in full-text access.
The editorial board of the journal includes leading Kazakhstan and foreign scientists.
All the manuscripts submitted to the editorial office of the journal are to be reviewed.
The decision on publication is made within three to six months after submission on average.

The journal charges a publication fee each article published.
